>  are modifiable according to age, which does not include any limitations

>  are open to everyone: they do not require previous studies and can even start from scratch  

>  are held within meetings of 1.5/2 hours at least

>  the number of meetings is not predetermined: it varies depending on necessity, will, interest and success of the training alliance

> can also be conducted online via skype video calling, although the personal meeting is preferable for practical and human reasons

> an active participation and a free exchange of thought and knowledge among participants are wished and well-received
